The Kids page

Kids will be kids, whether they're your kids, my kids, or the  St. Martin's kids  - they all have one thing in common - they are going to be running the world, shortly.

Get to know some of the St. Martin's children a bit better on this page where we give them the freedom to express themselves creatively.

(More content is currenlty in the process of being loaded. This site is continually updating - check back from time to time to see whats going on down at the St. Martin's Children's Home.

Hello! my name is Jack the ripper (just kidding!) I am 11 years old and go to Port Natal School in Kwazulu Natal, Durban. I live in St. Martin's and  my hobbies are playing outside, Playstation 2 and computer games. Don't forget about my sports, like Rugby, Cricket, Soccer and swimming. My athletics is also important to me and last year I won Junior Victor Lodorium. Michael at St. Martin's is my friend and very kind to me. And I just want to say thank you for your support!

I love cats like Garfield.. Oddy is quite cute too!My name is Garfield, I am 9 years old. I like cars, fast ones too. I also like cats - like Garfield.  Today I saw a tortoise, a small one. It ate a snail (poor snail!) and it was scared of heights. (the tortoise - but maybe the snail too!) It didnt like the zoom on Michaels camera, because he took a picture of it with his cell phone. We looked around at Gateway Shopping Centre after Michael's meeting (and my meeting too) and we saw nice furniture which we hope we can get for our rooms at St. Martin's. We were also looking for spoons, forks, duvets and a whole lot of other stuff. Michael says he is going to try to get big companies and people to help us to decorate our rooms and make them look much nicer. I met my teacher and she gave me Five rand.  I also got a free juice, its called Oros fizzy. It was nice and I enjoyed it. The end.
