Aucor, Africa’s Auction authority have taken a very involved interest in the St. Martin’s children having provided building supplies for the partial renovation and decoration of the Home. Christmas 2006 was also a very special occasion with Aucor sponsoring exciting gifts for the children and funding a wonderful Christmas party. St. Martin’s thanks Justin Behrens of Aucor who, along with his wife Kathy, and two children, do so much for the home.
Blue Security are official security providers to the St. Martin’s Home, monitoring and protecting the St. Martin’s premises, free of charge. The Eclipse Group, suppliers of retail furniture and furnishings very kindly donated 100 beautiful restaurant type chairs. The old St. Martin’s Chairs were out within 10 minutes of the new chairs arriving, and they have given the Home's dining room a brand new edge. All it took was one phone call to Ryan Shotland at Eclipse, and the chairs were promised.

The NPC Sea World Education Centre has been host to the St. Martin’s children on more than one occasion, and particularly during school holidays when the children have little to do. The Centre is engaged in a variety of formal and informal education initiatives, made possible by generous funding from Natal Portland Cement. Hosting a large number of school children every year, enabling them to see what lies beneath the blue blanket of the ocean, often for the first time. St. Martin’s values this support, as do the children.
